Make a collage of all of the positive things going on in your life/reasons to stay clean/sober. Also, if you’re like me who gets overwhelmed w/a multitude of options, put each feasible option on a slip of paper, put them in some sort of container (Which you could decorate yourself w/you own special flair) and pick one when you’re bored. Then do it!

Thanks Lynn and Craig for the list.
