Games! Trivia! Endearing Proposals! During this interactive workshop, we’ll explore ways you can grow your relationship with LifeRing and help you find the answers to these burning questions:

  • Speed Dating: If I only have 60 minutes to spare, can I still be a LifeRing hero?
    Explore how "micro-volunteering" allows you to make a massive impact without a massive time commitment. Even an hour of your week can strengthen our recovery community.
  • Warming Up Cold Feet: What team should I join if I want to support our meetings and amazing convenors?
     Discover the MCC (Meetings & Convenors Collaboration), the heartbeat of our organization, where you help coordinate resources and ensure every LifeRing member has a positive place to land.
  • Taking The Plunge: I’m ready to jump right in! How can I spread the love? Learn about our Outreach and FMC (Fundraising, Marketing, and Communications) teams. If you’re a natural connector, these roles are your chance to amplify our message and forge new partnerships.
  • Finding Your Perfect Match: I’m only looking for a "short-term commitment" with high-impact results—which role is for me? Meet the ePals. You can be the crucial first point of contact for a newcomer, providing one-to-one email support exactly when it’s needed most.
  • Building the Dream: How can I use my skills and drive to secure LifeRing's future? From Finance and Tech to Grant Writing and Event Planning, find out how your specific talents and interests can help us build a stronger ring of community support.
